Job Description
Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader Jenkins Lawn and Landscape Saint Joseph, MO 64504 This position is responsible for working as a leader and part of a team to provide top quality lawn service to our customers. The employee lead a crew of 2-3 techs to provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers’ and managements’ expectations. The crew leader will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with customers, peers and his/her supervisor. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. (Lawn Care Lead reports directly to the Operations Manager).
- Must be dependable and on time
- Must have valid drivers license and own transportation to and from work
- Must be able to lift 60+ pounds
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
Job Duties:
Mowing, trimming, edging, landscape maintenance, clean-up using commercial-grade lawn care equipment Daily work documentation and reporting Daily morning and evening maintenance of equipment Communicating customers needs back to manager, resolving equipment needs quickly Work as part of team to meet daily and weekly goals
