The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of various lawn care techniques. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and healthy. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for executing a range of tasks that contribute to the overall beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, mulching, Implement hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues that require attention or treatment. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is essential. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Majority of work performed will consist of mowing, edging, trimming and blowing. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
