Full Job Description Immediate Opening:

Groundskeeper/maintenance Currently seeking a Groundskeeper/light maintenance to join our team. This position is responsible for painting, grounds work and light maintenance for our properties. The right fit will be someone looking for a challenge, who is a self-motivator, detail oriented, with outstanding customer service and time management skills. Responsibilities

• Performs trimming shrubs, spraying/weed removal, mulching when necessary, and other grounds projects deemed necessary.
• Painting and light maintenance
• Basic maintenance.
• Maintains equipment.
• Working with onsite maintenance and management to determine daily duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
• Must be able to handle high paced environment-time management is a plus
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools.
• Ability to read and execute memos, service requests, and directives from supervisor and/or management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Ability to use a “smart” phone, computer, specialized software for service request and report responsibilities.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid ID, proof of insurance.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours and potential after hour calls.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clean criminal background.
• Must be able to pass drug test
