Position Summary:
Lucas Oil Speedway is seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and safety of our campus/facility during the racing season. This is a part-time, seasonal position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping landscapes clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow grass and trim edges using lawn mowers and weed eaters. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and spectator zones. Assist with general grounds upkeep and event preparation as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Grounds Supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old . Ability to operate or learn to operate landscaping equipment. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience. Seasonal position with flexible part-time hours.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods. Tolerance for outdoor work in hot, humid, or rainy conditions.
