Responsibilities Oversee a small team of 2-3 employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Monitor and manage time for your team, ensuring optimal productivity. Adhere to and enforce all safety and company policies. Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the Mow Crew Leader. Qualifications Must possess a Class E license or equivalent to obtain a DOT. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
