Groundskeeper Position Available In St. Charles, Missouri

Groundskeeper Villages at Lake Silvercote 100 Dry Brook Road, Wentzville, MO 63385 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal, cleanliness and health of our outdoor spaces, and the use of various hand and power tools. The Groundskeeper will play a crucial role in ensuring that our grounds are well-kept, safe, clean, and inviting for all tenants and visitors. Duties Conduct routine inspections of the grounds, walkways and breezeways to identify areas needing attention such as exit lights building lights birds nest ect…. Perform regular cleaning of breezeways and removal of trash on the grounds and around trash dumpsters empty dog stations multiple times a week. Maintain flower beds through planting, seeding, pruning, removal of dead bushes and weeding as needed. Operate power tools including leaf blowers, power washer and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently. Ensure that all groundskeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed. Experience Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Ability to operate both hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
