Job Brief:

A established Realty Company is looking for anexperienced Groundskeeper/Porter to work at one of its premiereapartment communities in St. Louis, MO. Candidate must have a goodwork ethic and positive attitude! Competitive salary based onexperience and an excellent benefit package including a 401(k). TheGroundskeeper/Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds,amenities, building exteriors/interiors, Clubhouse/leasing office,parking lots, and other community buildings. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

Responsiblefor meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors andleasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. Removetrash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on adaily basis. Assist in the preparation to make vacant apartmentsready to rent by removing trash, cleaning, etc. Assist MaintenanceSupervisor/Property Manager in completing the assigned maintenancetasks given. Assist maintenance team with snow removal (ifapplicable). Assist in the troubleshooting/repair of mechanical,carpentry and electrical problems. Report any maintenance concernsfor repairs in apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areasto the Maintenance Supervisor. Meticulously maintain curb appeal.

Deliver communication documentation to residents. Uphold allcompany policies, goals, and values. Contribute to residentretention programs. Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected ina timely manner. Learns and ensures compliance with all company,local, state and federal safety rules. Immediately report allunsafe conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor or PropertyManager. Assist management team with other various tasksrequired.
