Landscape Laborer Position Available In St. Louis City, Missouri

Pinnacle Lawn Care and Outdoor Aesthetics, LLC has _____ openings for Landscape Laborer in St. Louis, MO, and surrounding counties, full-time, temporary position, from 10/01/2025-01/06/2026.

Work location:

238 E. Arlee Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, and multiple worksites within Jefferson, St. Charles, Warren, Franklin, Washington, Lincoln, and St. Louis Counties, and St. Louis City in MO, and St. Clair, Madison, Monroe, and Jersey Counties in IL. Daily transportation to and from the worksite to a centralized designated pick-up place will be offered to workers at no charge. This use of transportation is voluntary. Employer provides incidental transport between job sites.

Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), trimmer, edger, backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking. The individual must possess the ability to lift/carry weight of 50 pounds and must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday, when needed, depending on weather conditions. Employment is 40 hours per week, shifts will generally be 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. No education or experience required. OT may be available.

Wage:

$19.30 hour.

OT wage:

$28.95 hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the company’s sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
