Our Lawn Specialists are hardworking, detail oriented and enjoy working independently while still following all safety policies and procedures. They must use their good time management skills and organization in order to complete all tasks while solving any issues that may arise during the day. Lawn Specialist – A lawn care specialist helps their clients maintain their outdoor spaces. They spend their time mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, bushes, and trees, as well as maintaining gardens and flowerbeds. An employee in this position may work for both residential and commercial clients. To excel in this position, a lawn care specialist needs to be capable of using a wide variety of lawn care tools, products, and techniques. For example, they will need to be familiar with fertilizers, pesticides, and when to use specific types of each of them. Lawn care specialists also need to be able to operate a mower, weed whacker, shears, and related tools.
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ Lift 50+ lbs. Valid Driver’s License. Clean driving record. Hard-working, Detail Oriented Independent / Organized Must have good time management skills. Smartphone, tablet and scheduling software capable Pass a State /
Federal Background Check Responsibilities:
Sales & Service Respond to work orders in a timely fashion. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Complete tasks from beginning to end. Keep a clean work environment. Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients. Complete service documentation that is accurate, thorough and timely. Actively seek and take advantage of opportunities to promote and sell additional company services.
