Full Job Description Landscaping & Lawn Care Lead Description:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced, motivated Landscape & Lawn Care worker to join our landscaping team. We provide landscaping services as well as total facilities maintenance, and construction services for our clients. As a Landscape & Lawn Care Worker on our team you will operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other commonly used tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscaping maintenance, ground maintenance, aerating, irrigation, and fertilization.
Lawn Care Worker Job Summary:
Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage. Install plants and other landscape materials. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along the Team. Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal. Drive truck to various locations and insure proper storage of equipment during transport.
Lawn Care Worker Duty and Responsibilities:
Familiarity with common landscape equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and bend and stand for extended periods of time. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. (Lead positions) Shovel and spread mulch. Ability to climb ladders. Maintain property drainage on buildings and properties. Touch up paint when necessary. Perform other duties related to lawn and landscape maintenance. All duties and responsibilities must be performed in accordance with company Safety Policies.
Working Conditions:
Able to work in hot, cold, dry, and wet conditions at an acceptable pace and perform quality work. Able to work around noise. Able to work overtime when needed.
