Full Job Description Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Lead to join our team. As a Lawn Care Crew Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, gardens, and landscapes. You will also be the designated driver for the crew vehicle, responsible for transporting the team and equipment safely to various locations throughout the day, ensuring timely and high-quality service at each job site.

Duties :

Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws and blowers Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming Drive company vehicle to and from job sites, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and company safety policies Oversee job site activities to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction Communicate with clients to understand their specific lawn care needs and address any concerns or questions Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall landscape Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and garden beds Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and vehicles

Requirements:

Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment used in lawn care Strong time management and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred:
