THE JOB:

As a Clubhouse Landscaper at Fallen Oak, you will perform the day-to-day operations of the property and play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a picturesque environment that enhances the overall appeal of our golf course landscaping. You will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE

$16.60 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Ensure all grounds are beautifully maintained, meeting the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, pest control, and potential improvements Plant, transplant, fertilize, water, prune, weed, mulch/pine straw applications, and apply chemicals to flower beds and plant areas Operate a variety of manual hand tools and equipment Ensure guest/employee safety while operating equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must have a valid driver’s license Takes pride in their work and is self-motivated Has the willingness to learn and works well on a team and/or independently Capable of working in outdoor elements – various weather types & temperatures Knowledgeable with routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance Strong attention to detail and creative flair for landscaping
