TITLE Golf Course Maintenance Technician
DESCRIPTION
The Golf Course Maintenance provides general labor in maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, golf course facilities, buildings and grounds as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The items listed below are intended to describe the general nature of the specified job scope and are not intended to be an inclusive list of duties and responsibilities. The incumbent is expected to perform other tasks as assigned. Performs general repairs, maintain and clean all general areas as needed Repair, maintain, monitor all equipment and facilities. Performs a variety of duties in the areas of cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC. Completes regular maintenance tasks such as, replacing light bulbs, filter, etc. Performs work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments. Performs preventive maintenance and properly complete all associated paperwork in timely manner for assigned equipment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have a Valid Driver License or State issued ID. Two years in golf course maintenance or lawn service preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
