Posted 3 days ago The selected candidate will function as a member of Grounds Section team assisting in the landscaping maintenance and upkeep of Keesler AFB grounds. Responsibilities Use zero-turn riding mowers to cut grass Use weed eaters and edging tools to perform grounds maintenance finishing work Use chain saws, hedge trimmers, clippers and other hand tools to maintain shrubs and trees Care for flower beds, shrubs, and trees Perform general grounds policing for leaves, litter, and other clean up Perform other related grounds upkeep duties as assigned Qualifications Two years of related work experience Knowledge of the practices, methods, tools, and equipment of the ground maintenance trade Knowledge of the hazards and standard safety precautions of the trade Possess a valid
