Job Responsibilities:

Mowing lawns, weeding, raking, planting flowers, watering flowers, maintaining flower beds. Trimming trees & bushes as needed and/or requested, and grass seeding. Must have knowledge and ability to operate riding lawnmowers Maintaining and clearing roadways, sidewalks, and storm drains of leaf, dirt, and pine needle debris. Trash pickup throughout the grounds. Storm cleanup. Window cleaning Painting/staining Plowing, shoveling, salting as needed/requested General pest control Assist Maintenance Supervisor in related tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and negotiate stairs and ladders easily. Ability to perform the tasks listed on this job description under responsibilities. Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances. Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Two (2) years experience in previous relevant field. Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community. Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook. Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem. Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner. Any other related duties as requested by supervisory council and management.
