The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks that ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing both power and hand tools to perform landscape maintenance, snow plowing, tree care, and more. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and irrigation. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance projects. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to facilities. Carry out tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal as needed. Build and maintain structures or features within the landscape as required. Dig and prepare areas for planting or other landscaping needs. Regularly inspect grounds and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools safely. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.
