The right candidate will be:

Hardworking Ability to work independently and professionally Goal and Detail oriented to maintain clean property grounds and curb appeal Ability to lift up to 50LBS without assistance Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Adhere all to safety work practices Knowledgeable and Skilled in safe use of power tools and hand tools, example: Power Washer and Leaf Blower. Basic understanding of cleaning and maintaining pools and pool chemicals Provide exceptional customer service and effectively communicate with residents, guests, visitors and staff within company policies and Fair Housing laws. Your Work Day might consist of: Inspecting Community Grounds throughout the day to remove litter/debris and ensure common areas are clean Clean and Maintain Trash Receptacles in Common Areas Remove trash and remaining items from vacant homes to start the make-ready process Power Washing Homes and Common Areas Install skirting on homes Deliver resident correspondences/announcement Cairn Communities offers Competitive Compensation, Insurance, Paid Time Off and Retirement Savings (401K).
