out of 5 stars 2103 Long Dairy Road, Graham, NC 27253 RESPONSIBILITIES Work in a safe, efficient, manner wearing proper protective equipment at all times while working Seeding & Mulching Hydro Seeding Some Equipment Operation Install and remove Silt Fence Install and remove various Erosion Control Matting Install various types of erosion control measures (BMPs) as prescribed by reporting agencies Work with heavy duty hand tools (sledge hammer/shovels, etc. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times while interacting with customers and co-workers Work to make sure client sites are clean and presentable after installing Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge of general construction is a plus Landscaping background is a plus Good driving record preferred

REQUIREMENTS

Position requires a lot of physical strength, hand eye coordination and endurance. Able to use a variety of hand tools (i.e. shovels, rakes, picks, sledge hammers, staple guns, etc.) requiring upper body forces up to 40 lbs. Able to lift up to 80 lbs.; transfer vertically items weighing up to 100 lbs.

Able to bend and squat. Able to tolerate various weather conditions Current/Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, Class A CDL a plus Ability to understand and follow directions and take instruction in English Ability to lift, pull, push up to 100 lbs. Able to work between hours 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday; with additional overtime and weekend hours possible. The right candidate has to be able to pass a background check, physical exam, drug and alcohol testing
