POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for annual and perennial flower bed upkeep as well as maintaining campus cleanliness
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Planting of annual and perennial plants Maintaining appearance of flower beds through weeding, pruning, mulching, etc. Watering and fertilizing of flower beds Maintaining appearance of campus by picking up debris and trash Performs work through requested work orders Performs select pruning of plants Operates tractor or trucks equipped with snow removal equipment to keep roads cleared during inclement weather Shovels sidewalks during snow events Erects and places various Christmas decorations throughout the campus Helps with resident trash pick up as required May be required to perform other duties in keeping with the nature of this position which will not significantly alter the job requirements. Experience:
High School Diploma/GED preferred. One or more years of experience in landscaping preferred.
