Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:

• Maintain and repair Condos and building systems.
• Installing trim.
• Cleaning common areas around Resort including windows.
• Plumbing repairs.
• Interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Run Landscaping equipment as needed including zero turn mower, weedeater, blowers and edgers.
