! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of plant care and maintenance. As a Trimmer, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of various landscapes, gardens, and farms. This role requires hands-on experience with hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient operation in various outdoor settings. Responsibilities Perform trimming and pruning of plants, shrubs, and trees to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks, ensuring safety and precision in all activities. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape maintenance plans efficiently. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and basic repairs as needed. Participate in the preparation of garden beds, including planting, weeding, and mulching as required. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the day. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
