Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, such as mowing, trimming, and edging. Ensure the health and appearance of landscapes by applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Qualifications 1 year of lawn maintenance experience (preferred). Valid Driver’s License (required). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job site. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
