The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with experience in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role involves performing various lawn care tasks to ensure the health and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Utilize hand tools and equipment for landscape maintenance, ensuring proper care and handling. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as part of landscaping projects. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the landscape’s appearance. Collaborate with team members to execute landscape design plans effectively. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to uphold safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Knowledge of plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and pest management techniques is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
