The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct groundskeeping duties including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Participate in snow plowing during winter months as needed. Build and maintain landscape features according to project specifications. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to landscaping tasks. Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and landscape maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Experience with hardscape installation is preferred but not mandatory.
