The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves performing various tasks related to lawn care, garden upkeep, and overall landscape management to ensure properties remain beautiful and well-maintained throughout the year. Responsibilities Perform mowing and lawn care tasks to maintain healthy grass and landscapes. Execute landscape maintenance duties including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Dig trenches for irrigation systems or planting beds as required. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Irrigate gardens and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and garden upkeep is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job assignments.
