Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead We are a small, growing construction and lawn maintenance company seeking a reliable and safety-oriented individual to join our lawn maintenance crew. Our team services Forsyth County and the surrounding areas, providing regular weekly lawn care services to our valued clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine lawn care and maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain a neat appearance. Assist in building and maintaining gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely and efficiently. Assist in building and maintaining gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job. Follow company procedures and safety protocols while handling equipment and materials to maintain a safe work environment. Manage your time effectively to ensure timely completion of each job.
Requirements:
Previous experience in lawn care and landscaping preferred, including proficiency with lawn care equipment. Safety-oriented with a strong understanding of safety practices in lawn maintenance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following schedules and deadlines. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is beneficial. Ability to drive a vehicle with a trailer attached and have a clean driving record. Pesticide license preferred but not required.
