(Oak Ridge) compensation: 50% of all profit employment type: experience level: no experience required job title: garden partner Putting this out to see if there is any interest… I have a garden, fruit trees, a small amount of land, and many perennial plants. I have the capacity to grow much more than I eat. I also have enough well established plants that I can take consistent cuttings to start new plants. My problem is that I have a full time regular job, so I do not have a lot of time. I would like to find someone who wants to work outside in the garden, taking care of plants, weeding, planting, harvesting, etc. Depending on the season and the amount of product, you would take the weekly harvest / product to farmer’s markets and other outlets. I have the land, the tools, and the supplies. You will provide the labor, and profits will be split 50/50. I am open to exploring alternate plants / products, perhaps bees? mushrooms? something else? Your creativity and clientele will drive the produce we choose to grow. You will be almost entirely responsible for the sales. Whatever sales outlet you can take advantage of is fine by me.
