Mowing/Landscaping Position Available In Guilford, North Carolina

Mowing/Landscaping Blue Arbor Greensboro, NC 27408 The hours are normally 6:30am – 5:00pm , but may be extended to until task is complete; some weekends and holidays may be needed.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Tuesday to Friday shift! Pay $13/hr Job Requirements The duties of the temporary labor personnel will include but are not limited to: Operating job specific equipment, such as commercial mowers, weedeaters, push mowers, edgers, and hand tools. Temporary employees will help in the collection of litter on City and State streets, Right-of-Ways, parks, and open spaces. Personnel will also assist with the maintenance and cleaning of trashcans, sidewalks, herbicide spraying, landscape maintenance, etc. Will be required to use shovels, rakes, brooms, backpack blowers, weedeaters, Billy Goats vacuums, other small hand, and power tools The physical requirements of the job are standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, wakling on uneven surfaces, shoveling, and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. This position will be performed outside in a all weather conditions. Must have & maintain a valid NC Driver’s License and a safe driving record Must pass Criminal Background Check & Motor Vehicle Check (MVR), and pre-employment drug screen Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks, including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control to maintain healthy turf. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for landscaping projects. Trim trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
