am in need of a
TRUSTWORTHY INDEPENDENT
person with 2 references who can support the clearance of an overgrown lot where folks dumped all kinds of things versus taking it to the county dump.. This is not a get rich scheme. The compensation is very very low. We are also looking for volunteers who need community service hours. If your teen needs the hours this is the job for them. I have received mega response from people whose expectations were equivalent to big business companies. I am seeking support via Craigslist therefore I have a
VERY LOW
limited budget. I need one trustworthy person who knows what it means to clear a lot (not stack things into piles but clear a lot taking the items with you). A person who pays attention to detail to know that you have to haul everything off of the lot prior to cutting the grass. A person who knows when you cut overgrown grass you have to rake the lawn, bag it and then remove it from the premises). I need someone who takes prime in his/her work. There is a great deal of debris on the lot to include bicycle tires on the rim, tires, car bumpers, brick, glass, clothing, televisions. I repeat, once the lot is cleared then the grass needs to be cut and you will then need to rake and take away the brush to the community dump. The trash needs to leave the property/lot BLUF. You will not be paid until the agreed upon jobs are completed. You need to get information reference where the dump is located and their fees and include this in your estimate of costs.
A SIGNED CONTRACT WILL BE NEEDED PRIOR TO THE START OF WORK.
