The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and landscaping, with experience in maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to ensure the health and beauty of our landscapes. The Gardener will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining aesthetically pleasing environments for both residential and commercial properties. This role requires the use of personal vehicle to get from job to job, milage will be reimbursed. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching. Operate power tools and hand tools for garden maintenance, ensuring proper use and safety protocols are followed. Irrigate gardens and landscapes as needed, adjusting systems to ensure optimal water distribution. Assist in groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects effectively. Skills Proficiency in using power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers. Knowledge of groundskeeping practices including landscape maintenance techniques. Familiarity with gardening principles related to plant care, soil management, and pest control. Ability to irrigate effectively using various watering systems. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
