Position Overview:
The Lawncare Crew Technician is responsible for performing a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks at our senior living communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed, high-quality work, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and beautiful environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow, edge, trim, and blow to maintain well-manicured lawns and outdoor areas Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and weeding Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Support seasonal needs including leaf removal, snow prep, and debris cleanup Follow safety protocols and company standards for quality and appearance Work collaboratively with the crew under the direction of the
