What You’ll Do:

Build and install hardscape elements including paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and custom stone features Grade and prep sites using laser levels, transit, and hand tools for proper drainage and stability Pour and finish concrete to specification, including broom finish, stamped, or smooth finishes Assist in layout, measurements, and site planning based on blueprints or verbal direction Restore, repair, or upgrade existing hardscape structures Safely operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and other power tools Ensure each job is completed with excellence, cleanliness, and safety top of mind Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Crew Leaders to deliver projects on time and on budget

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of professional hardscape experience (ICPI/NCMA certification is a plus) Expertise in paver installation, retaining wall systems, and concrete work Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and grading plans Familiarity with estimating materials and time for small-to-medium scale projects Knowledge of basic carpentry, stucco, caulking, or decorative outdoor features is a strong plus Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Team-first attitude with a desire to grow within a company that respects its people Why Join Bean Brothers?
