Job Summary We currently have crew driver positions open in both our Charlotte Install Operation and our Lawn Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate is an energetic, positive-thinking and motivated individual with high quality standards and an appropriate skill set. This role reports directly to the Field Management Staff and will be responsible for providing safe, dependable and reliable transportation to the members of landscape crews to various locations within a100 mile radius of the Charlotte area. This position is also responsible for performing Landscape and Hardscape installation or Lawn Maintenance services. This position is expected to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. The start time is 6:30 AM Job Responsibilities Prepare trucks for day ensuring all equipment is on the truck and or trailer and is properly secured for traveling to the job sites. Perform maintenance on equipment including unloading equipment from trucks/trailers, washing equipment and trucks and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained according to the company’s maintenance schedule Complete landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, trimming, pruning and leaf removal Complete landscape enhancement projects such as mulch/pine needle installs, planting, seeding Complete hardscape projects such as the laying of stone, pavers, concrete, installation of outdoor fireplaces and kitchens, etc. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment Safely operate a variety of mechanical equipment Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify any problems or defects Additional responsibilities as needed to support the operations

Requirements:

Three (3) year driving history Acceptable MVR Experience driving a crew truck and pulling a trailer with equipment loaded Ability to properly load and unload equipment on a trailer Landscape and or Lawn Maintenance Experience Ability to work in the elements (this position is outside) Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs Adheres to vehicle and equipment safety
