The ideal candidates will be familiar with general installation practices and have a good working knowledge base of landscape best practices. Knowledge of plant names and familiarity with irrigation systems is a plus. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of plants, trees, sod, mulch, and other landscaping materials Operate hand tools and small equipment such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and leaf blowers Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers Follow landscape design plans and instructions from supervisors or crew leaders Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Perform basic site preparation, including grading, soil work, and trenching Support irrigation installation and basic hardscape tasks (e.g., laying pavers, edging) Qualifications Previous experience in landscape installation is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in the landscaping field.
