Role:
Element Outdoor Living is seeking a dependable and experienced Installation Team Member to join our team. You’ll work outdoors with a crew of 3-4 team members to install high-end residential landscapes, including plants, turf, mulch, irrigation, and hardscapes.
What You’ll Do:
Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and landscape materials Perform basic irrigation installation and repairs Operate hand tools and small equipment safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow direction from the Crew Leader and support the team
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of landscape installation experience required Knowledge of local plants, turf, irrigation, pruning, and mulching Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ lbs Full-time availability (40 hours/week) Valid driver’s license preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
