The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and general landscape maintenance on high end residential properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments. Valid drives license is a plus. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist in tree and shrub care activities such as pruning and planting. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing basic mechanical checks. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized at all times. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is a plus.
