We are looking for team members who are reliable, hard-working, pay attention to detail, and take pride in their work. Must be able to work at tempo pace. They must have valid driver licenses. Must have their own transportation to and from work. Trailer experience is a plus. Must be able to work in various weather conditions, from winter temperatures to extreme heat. Pay is competitive and based on experienced.

LAWN CARE CREW

Provide lawn care maintenance with high attention to detail. Capable of operating mower, string trim, edging, blowing. Pruning shrubs and keep flower beds clean and neat appearance. Applying mulch and pine-straw.

LANDSCAPE INSTALL CREW

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45lbs. Enjoys hard work that is awarded with achieving tasks and goals.

Tasks include:

Installation of sod Installation of patio pavers Installation of water features Installation of French drains Wilmington Landscapes has been serving the Wilmington area for the past 20 years.
