Tree Service Groundsman Robbins tree works llc Willard, NC 28478 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of our projects ensuring that all ongoing jobs are handled efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in various grounds maintenance tasks, including tree care, and equipment background. Duties The Grounds Maintenance Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Performing tree trimming and care to promote healthy growth and safety. Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of all grounds by removing debris and litter. Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: Familiarity with tree care practices and equipment operation (bucket trucks, rigging). Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
