Starting at $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses!
Schedule:
This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday
- Friday 8am-5pm.
Birthday is a paid day off!
Job duties include:
grounds/property pick up cleaning common areas cleaning amenities pool cleaning some landscaping power washing exterior painting some minor maintenance repairs any additional tasks as needed to assist the maintenance team Candidates should have at least 1 year of grounds, landscaping or janitorial experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who: Takes pride in their work and ownership of their property Is self-motivated and hardworking Wants to be busy all day, every day!
