This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients’ landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep and enhancement of lawns and gardens. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure lawns are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in groundskeeping activities, including planting, weeding, and mulching. Engage in tree care practices such as pruning and fertilization to promote healthy growth. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients. Help with hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in lawn maintenance is advantageous. Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques, including mowing, irrigation, and tree care practices is a plus. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
