The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to perform various tasks related to lawn maintenance and garden care. This role requires mechanical knowledge and experience with power tools, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities Maintain lawns by mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a neat appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, weed eating, blowing, etc. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Assist in the upkeep of garden beds by mulching, pruning, and fertilizing plants. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and needs. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is essential for operating equipment and performing repairs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor throughout the day. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
