We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and nature-loving individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper . As a key member of our team, you’ll help preserve the beauty and health of our outdoor environment year-round. Whether it’s planting, tending to gardens, or keeping our grounds welcoming and clean, your work will make a real impact on the lives of everyone who visits.
What You’ll Do:
Mow, edge, and trim lawns to keep the grounds looking their best Plant, water, and care for a variety of flowers, shrubs, trees — and even food gardens Maintain clean, safe walkways, parking areas, and shared outdoor spaces Work with intention and care to support the long-term health of the land Offer a friendly presence for residents, visitors, and guests
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a similar role Experience with or interest in growing food and maintaining vegetable gardens Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn Comfort working outdoors in all kinds of weather A keen eye for detail and pride in creating beautiful, functional spaces Positive attitude and good communication skills Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed If you’re someone who finds purpose in caring for the earth and enjoys creating well-kept, inviting outdoor spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
