Spring-Fall 2025 | Part-time & Full-time | On-site Do you love working with your hands, being outdoors, and making a difference in people’s vacation experiences? Saco River Family Camping is looking for motivated Maintenance & Security Crew members to help us keep our 50 scenic acres along the river clean, safe, and running smoothly. Whether you’re mowing the lawn, fixing a fence, or just pointing a camper in the right direction, this job is about pride in your work—and loving where you do it. What You’ll Do… Maintain the campground’s grounds, buildings, and campsites Perform light repairs, trash runs, and landscaping (mowing, raking, etc.) Respond to guest needs and assist in ensuring safety across public areas Be a visible, friendly presence during day and night rounds Help make everything cleaner, safer, and better—because every detail matters You’ll Love This Work If You… Have a strong work ethic and a “pitch in” attitude Enjoy staying active and being outdoors in all kinds of weather Are physically able- there is, lots of walking, standing, moving, bending, crouching, kneeling, fixing things, and equipment/buildings to clean and organize, and lifting up to 100lbs is needed from time to time! Want to work flexible shifts to add income to something else you are doing (shifts available on weekends & holidays) Have basic maintenance or landscaping experience and are mechanically inclined (not required, but great!) Want full-time or part-time for the season (now through November) Want to be a part of a friendly, hardworking team and contribute to our guest-families’ memorable vacation experiences The best office views around—right along the Saco River!
