The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and overall landscape maintenance, ensuring that properties are well-kept and visually appealing. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging Mulching spring clean up fall clean up. Assist with tree care tasks as tree trimming and pruning. Participate in groundskeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of outdoor spaces. Help build hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with lawn care techniques, tree trimming practices, and groundskeeping methods is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed. Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is beneficial but not mandatory. A willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors is essential.
