Property Caretaker Cobb Hill Estate Harrisville, NH 03450 Overview We are seeking a property caretaker for a wedding event venue with lodging. Responsibilities Road Maintenance (Summer Grading, Winter Plowing & Sanding) Landscaping & Flower Gardening Mowing & Weed Whacking Some On-Site Heavy Equipment (excavator, dump truck, etc.) Cutting & Splitting Firewood Other Maintenance Must have experience with all of the responsibilities listed above. Possible On-Site Housing Option!
