The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves operating various power tools and equipment to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of lawns, gardens, and other green areas. Duties Perform mowing tasks on residential and commercial properties to maintain lawns at optimal heights. Conduct landscape maintenance activities, including trimming, edging, and blowing debris from hardscapes. Assist in tree care by pruning and maintaining trees to promote healthy growth. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Engage in groundskeeping duties such as planting, weeding, and fertilizing to enhance the overall appearance of landscapes. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Proficiency in using power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including irrigation practices and pest management. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
