Landscape Labor Specialist Scott’s Yard Care of New London, LLC Wilmot, NH 03287 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and hardscaping projects. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy and attractive lawns. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining garden areas. Participate in hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure that all outdoor areas are clean and well-maintained. Operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic mechanical repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for maintaining equipment functionality. Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in landscaping techniques.
