Crew Member Responsibilities:
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and mulching Assist with landscape construction tasks such as planting, pruning, and hardscaping Operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working order Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required Work effectively as part of a team to complete assigned tasks on schedule Perform other duties as assigned by the owner Follow all safety guidelines Requirements for
Crew Members:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable transportation Ability to take instructions Overtime may be required This is a full-time, year round position, and the work schedule may vary depending on the season and workload.
