Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in various maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and organize outdoor and indoor areas, removing ground debris and trash. Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Maintain grounds, including but not limited to light landscaping, trimming, pruning, weeding, and watering plants. Ensure walkways and pathways remain clear and safe. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks. Ability to lift heavy equipment, debris, boxes, and furniture as needed. Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to various properties. Prior experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance is preferred but not required.
