Lawn Care Crew Leader Position Available In Columbia, New York

Lawn Care Crew Leader Woodbridge Landscaping & Contracting LLC Chatham, NY 12037 We are looking for motivated individuals to join our lawn care/landscaping team as a crew leader…. Duties will Include (but not limited to) mowing, trimming and blowing, handling daily tasks (filling out paperwork, checking on equipment, client relations) . a minimum of 2 years Experience is required for this position. The opportunity to work on projects (such as patio installs, walkways, stairs, tree planting excavation etc) will be offered at times to motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Pay is based on experience (experience will need to be verified), raises (and production bonuses) are offered and based off of dedication and loyalty to the company. Time and a half pay after 40 hours, personal time off pay and end of the year bonuses are offered (other bonus pay may come into effect if we noticed you’re a dedicated team member)….this is a mainly seasonal job and we do often work long days.
